SEND
Scrubditch Care Farm is a registered charity that provides farm based activities for vulnerable people, specifically adults and young people with learning disabilities, throughout the year.
We have an accessible toilet onsite and wheelchairs are able to access a great deal of the farm – all activities are planned to include both disabled and non disabled children.
Our cookery studio has height adjustable work stations for those that need to work seated and we have a range of cookery aids that can enable disabled people to be more independent in the kitchen.
Our staff and volunteers are experienced in supporting and enabling people with a range of disabilities and communication differences – if you would like to discuss your childs support needs prior to attending Scrubditch Care Farm please do not hesitate to contact us to do so – gerry@scrubditchcarefarm.org.uk
