Children aged 11+ can come to the pool on their own and go in the water on their own.
Please add the names of the adults on the booking form.
Your child's voucher will also entitle you to a free ice cream token which will be given to you when you hand it in.
THIS IS A DROP IN SESSION YOU DO NOT NEED TO BOOK BUT PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED SO YOU MAY NOT GET IN AT THE TIME YOU WANT - YOUR SPACES WILL STILL BE VALID FOR ANOTHER SESSION
WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE POOL GIVE YOUR PRINTED VOUCHER TO THE DESK - THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT VOUCHERS ON YOUR PHONE - IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS PRINTING THE VOUCHER PLEASE LET US KNOW.
Pool Conditions
All of the pool conditions around age and behaviour would need to be followed -
1 adult can bring 2 children under the age of 8 and must supervise them around the pool and must be in the water with them at all times
Weak and non-swimmers are not allowed in the deep end.
Obviously, any rules we have are for people's own safety and for the comfort of all of our customers.
All of the sessions are on a first come, first served basis. Numbers are also restricted for safety reasons and there are occasions when we have a queue and some days when we have to end up turning people away because the pool is full and we cannot take more - but these are not common! All of the above conditions arise when we have hot days and everyone wants a swim!
We pride ourselves on being a facility for the community and run by the community - with the exception of the lifeguards, everyone at the pool is a volunteer.
Please see https://www.cirenopenair.org.uk/ for more details
